Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

  Wait for Approval

  Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the e-bike in its original packaging including all chargers and manuals, then ship it back using our approved carrier.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item for any damage, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
